I am Rev Dr Colin Heber-Percy, and am part of the Savernake Team Ministry covering eleven local parishes from Savernake in the north to Chute in the south. With my two colleagues, we help tend to the spiritual needs of the five schools in the area. It is a privilege to be part of the community of school and the community of faith that is St Katharine’s.
I have lived in this part of Wiltshire for many years: my wife grew up here, and our children have too. Brought up a Christian, I always felt a calling to ordained ministry but managed to evade it until my 40s, when I finally – and happily – succumbed. As well as being a vicar, I continue to work as a writer, both for the screen and for publication.
